Stretch & Flex Course
Monday 1st July - 8:30 - 9:30pmThis 4 week course will assist you in learning how to be more flexible in your lower limbs and torso area. Gentle stretching techniques using physio posture and yoga stretches will gradually create awareness in your body allowing it to ease into a more fluid state. You don't have to be flexible to do this course, the idea is we help you with that! Worried that one class a week won't make you flexible? There are lots of take home stretches that you will be addicted to that will ensure each week you will see a noticeable difference!!

Charleston Dance Course
Wednesday 3rd July 7:30m - 8:30m This is a 4 week course that will introduce you to the Roaring 20's inspired Charleston. It's a high energy class that'll get your heart racing and your skirts flipping! It's just for fun, so put your plimsoles (flat shoes) on (or a low heel if you dare) and kick your heels up with some old time flair! A fun routine will be taught as well as the basics, to show off at your next Roaring 20's/1930's/Gangster and Moll, themed party.COST: $80. Bookings essential.

Tassle Twirling Workshop
Ever wondered how to get those tassels twirling? In this workshop Sheena will show you the tricks to get things moving in every direction! In this 1.5 hour workshop, Danica Lee will teach you the ins and outs of pastie-making. All materials will be provided, and Danica will teach you how to design the pastie, how to sew it and how to attach it. AcroYoga blends yoga and basic acrobatics in a progressive way; building trust, developing core control, and increasing back and shoulder flexibility and stability. Lyrical Jazz Workshop - Beginners
