In May 2014 we transferred our dance studio over to Haus of Pole and became HENS PARTY SPECIALISTS.
Blush Dance School, as a dance school has closed and in its place, Haus of Pole has started in its second location, St Peters. We ran the dance school in 2 locations in Sydney, Newtown and St Peters, for over 7 years & taught hundreds of women and men how to 'find their sexy' and empower themselves while getting fit and strong! Even though we are no longer doing this through our classes, our instructors still continue to deliver and host the best Hens Parties in Sydney for Pole Dancing, Burlesque, 80s, Lap Dance, Booty Dance, you name it! and we still make sure you have a good time doing it!

We specialise in Burlesque Hens Parties in Sydney and Pole Dancing Hens Parties in Sydney and girlie nights at one of our many venues in the CBD, Surry Hills, St.Peters & Cremorne

We can also teach Lap Dance, Chair Dance, Salsa, Booty Dance or PussyCat Doll Cabaret! We've been running them for over 8 years now, and our instructors have been teaching them for over 10. Our instructors are the best in Sydney!
Our hens party packages are the perfect way to have a fantastic night out with the girls. We also cater for birthday parties, divorce parties, girlie nights… you don't even need an excuse! It will be the highlight of your evening!

What are the fitness benefits of pole dancing?

Like all types of dancing, pole dancing gives you a cardiovascular workout, which raises your heart rate and burns fat. What you also get from pole dancing is improved muscle definition and toning all over especially in the arms, abs, thighs and bum. Pole dancing also improves your balance, your stability and your posture.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in, and whatever makes you feel lush.
We suggest clothes that are not restricting and that have plenty of movement.
We suggest trainers for the warm up, and then you can change into your heels or boots for dancing. (Boots and high heels are not required, just recommended)

What else do I need to know before I start?

Its natural to feel a little nervous at first but you値l be surprised at how quickly you relax into it and how quickly you let go of your inhibitions and find the inner goddess in you.
Do not apply lotions or oils before attending your pole dancing class as it makes gripping more difficult.
Come alone or bring a girlfriend and have a giggle and have a spin!
